This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and representing a trusted technology partner.
Position Overview The Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering business technology solutions to organizations throughout the greater Peachtree City area.

Ongoing professional development throughout the year to strengthen sales, technical, and product knowledge

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and local networking
Manage a full sales cycle from initial contact through close
Follow established sales processes, pipeline management practices, and forecasting standards
Build strong relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision makers
Develop a deep understanding of Novatech solutions to deliver tailored recommendations
Meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue goals within an assigned territory

A relationship focused approach with confidence engaging senior leaders
Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
Comfort working in a performance driven, goal oriented environment
Resilience, adaptability, and a consistent work ethic
What You Bring to Novatech
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Outside sales experience preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management platform and Microsoft Office
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary aligned with experience and qualifications
Uncapped commissions
Mileage and expense reimbursement program
