Twin boys, 2.5 years old The primary focus of care includes emotional regulation, age-appropriate routines, nurturing support, and calm, consistent guidance through toddler transitions. Role Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced, emotionally mature nanny with strong early-childhood expertise who is confident working within a fully staffed, private household. The position prioritizes emotional wellbeing, secure attachment, and consistency over rigid academic programming. The nanny will work collaboratively with parents and household staff to support the children’s development in a calm, structured, and loving environment. Will provide living accomodations an vehicle for weeks off Ideal Candidate
Proven experience caring for toddlers; twins or multiples strongly preferred
Calm, emotionally intelligent approach to routines, transitions, and behavior support
Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic household
Respectful, collaborative attitude toward parents and household team
Prior experience with private or ultra–high-net-worth families preferred
Training in early childhood development, child psychology, or related methodologies welcomed
Comfortable with international travel and rotational scheduling
