In short, the same qualities we look for in our people.We are looking for a **Communication Specialist** to manage both internal and external communications for the organization including employee communications and with the company intranet.**What you will do:*** Develop and execute a company strategy and structure for both internal and external communications.* Implement strategic communication plans and recommendations to support organization goals.* Design and deliver change activities including communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies* Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to drive proactive media relations efforts.* Creating compelling content materials to deliver communications in support of change initiatives.* Keep current with emerging transformation and communication trends and share best practices with the team.* Participates in assigned projects and develops, recommends and executes appropriate communications strategies.**About you:*** 3 years of experience in the communications field.* Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies that align with organizational objectives.* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills* Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to various levels in the organization.* Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
