Communication Specialist
to manage both internal and external communications for the organization including employee communications and with the company intranet.
What you will do:
Develop and execute a company strategy and structure for both internal and external communications. Implement strategic communication plans and recommendations to support organization goals. Design and deliver change activities including communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to drive proactive media relations efforts. Creating compelling content materials to deliver communications in support of change initiatives. Keep current with emerging transformation and communication trends and share best practices with the team. Participates in assigned projects and develops, recommends and executes appropriate communications strategies. About you:
3 years of experience in the communications field. Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies that align with organizational objectives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills to various levels in the organization. Associates degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
