Your Mission As Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of MotulTech’s industrial development in the metalworking segment, with a strong focus on HVAC-related applications and aluminium hot forming.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role, involving regular presence in manufacturing plants, close interaction with production, maintenance, and engineering teams, and direct insight into customer processes.

Responsibilities

Drive and grow MotulTech’s industrial business across DACH markets

Develop and execute autonomous sales strategies, working closely with key accounts and distribution partners

Identify new market opportunities, acquire new customers, and build long‑term, trust‑based relationships

Support partners and customers with hands‑on technical expertise, including on‑site visits to manufacturing plants, close collaboration with production and maintenance teams, and practical support to improve maintenance practices and operational productivity

Collaborate with the MotulTech Global Business Director and international teams

Monitor market trends and competitors to design targeted, value‑driven sales actions

Represent MotulTech at trade fairs, workshops, and international meetings

Profile YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

You bring both technical credibility and commercial drive:

Technical or technical‑commercial education (engineering, industrial engineering or similar)

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in industrial products, metalworking, HVAC, or lubricants

Solid negotiation and closing skills, with P&L awareness

Comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Willing to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Valid Class B driving license
