Sales Manager
to lead the growth of
KingZip standing seam roofing and façade systems
in the
DACH region , with a primary base in
Germany . This role is fully commercial, targeting major projects such as
stadiums, airports, data centers, logistics hubs, and landmark commercial buildings
across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Key Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell
KingZip products/solutions to prospective and existing customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland using strong technical and commercial arguments. Conduct
cost–benefit and needs analyses
to identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. Develop and maintain long-term relationships
with architects, contractors, consultants, and investors in the DACH region. Generate new opportunities through
specification pull-through, project intelligence platforms, networking, and proactive client engagement . Manage the
full sales cycle
– from lead generation and proposals to negotiations, closing, and handover. Establish and monitor
sales objectives, forecasts, and quotas
for the DACH region. Consistently
achieve or exceed sales targets
and pipeline KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams
(technical, operations, supply chain, finance) to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction. Track and report on
market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators
specific to the DACH construction sector. Develop and implement
sales initiatives, growth programs, and go-to-market strategies
tailored to DACH. Ensure compliance with Kingspan’s
Integrated Management System (IMS) , including ISO 37301, and support the
Kingspan Code of Conduct & Product Compliance Policy . Perform other strategic tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager. Requirements
5–7 years’ proven sales/business development experience
in the
building envelope / roofing & façade industry
within Germany or DACH. Solid knowledge and
hands-on experience with standing seam roofing systems
(mandatory). Established network across
architects, consultants, and contractors
in Germany (Austria and Switzerland are a plus). Excellent
commercial acumen, negotiation, and closing skills . Strong presentation and communication abilities with C-level and project stakeholders. Fluent in
German and English ; knowledge of French is an advantage. Work permit in Germany required. Why Join Us?
