Our client, a well‑established global manufacturer of medical technology, is seeking a
Territory Account Manager
to cover the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). They provide specialized diagnostic equipment and solutions to hospitals, university clinics, and private practices. With a strong reputation and long‑standing market presence, they're recognized for their quality products and customer service. The Role:
As a Territory Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales of medical device consumables and supplies across the DACH territory. This is primarily an account management position focused on nurturing and growing relationships with an established client base, with some scope to develop new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand client relationships in hospitals, clinics, and purchasing consortia Take ownership of quarterly and annual sales targets for your territory Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions Collaborate closely with field sales teams, customer service, and regional marketing Participate in medical conferences and industry events Location & Travel
This is a remote position covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. However, the majority of the client base is located in southern Germany, so candidates based in this region are strongly preferred to minimize travel time and maximize customer face‑time. Travel requirements are approximately 50%. Requirements
Completed commercial or medical‑technical qualification (career changers with relevant aptitude are welcome) Medical device sales experience is a strong advantage Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication and customer‑focused skills Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems Knowledge of neurology is desirable but not essential Fluent in German and minimum advanced level of English (written and spoken) Valid driver's license Willingness to travel approximately 50% Application Requirement

Base salary: up to €55,000 p/a Additional commission of up to €20,000 (50% guaranteed, with the remaining €10,000 achievement‑based) Additional Benefits
