that are expanding its presence in the DACH region in the search for a
Key Account Manager
with strong experience in
ophthalmology and complex medical device sales . This role combines
strategic account ownership, hands-on field sales, and technical product consulting . You will work closely with clinics and hospitals, conduct product demonstrations, and guide customers toward the optimal imaging solution for their needs. Responsibilities
Own and execute the sales strategy for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Identify, approach, and develop relationships with ophthalmology clinics, hospitals, and key opinion leaders Conduct on-site product demonstrations, confidently explaining technical and clinical value Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to successful closing Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience Represent the company at congresses, conferences, and industry events Gather customer insights and feedback to support continuous product improvement Required Experience
Strong background in
ophthalmology equipment sales or key account management (OR or office based) across Germany and the wider DACH region Proven
track record in closing complex, technical solutions Ability to explain sophisticated technology in a
clear and compelling way Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently Fluent German and English language skills mandatory. Willingness to
travel frequently across the region
