If so, we want you to join our team as an Account Executive supporting our clients in the Greater Charleston, SC area. What We Offer

8‑week Sales Development Program with in‑depth training on Novatech products, sales model, and tools

Your Responsibilities

Engage New Business by driving leads and opening new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting

Sales Excellence by following Novatech sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting best practices

Local Networking by building relationships in the local business community to identify new business opportunities

Become an Expert through deep knowledge of Novatech product and service offerings

Relationship Building with key decision makers and senior executives to drive sales and grow revenue

Achieve Goals by meeting and exceeding monthly activity and revenue goals within a defined territory

What We Are Looking for in You

Sales Athlete who is driven, creative, diligent, tenacious, and passionate about achieving success

Positive Mindset with optimism and a will to win attitude

Pipeline Management experience building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Sales Activity focus with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Adaptability with the ability to handle adversity and turn challenges into growth opportunities

What You Bring to Novatech

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Outside sales experience preferred

Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tools and Microsoft Office

A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
