Position Summary

Business Consultant responsible for prospecting and selling Solvo products and services.

Explain benefits of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clearly to clients.

Manage sales through forecasting, resource allocation, strategy, and planning.

Develop sales strategies to increase volume and profit margins.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities proactively within the territory.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.

Stay updated on industry trends, products, services, and competitors.

Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.

Prepare and execute renewal proposals for existing clients.

Create concise executive summaries for client presentations.

Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) effectively.

Submit accurate business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.

Participate in monthly meetings and train/coaching team members.

Frequent domestic and occasional international travel for meetings and events.

Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education preferred.

At least 2 years sales experience in payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO B2B sales.

CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and other applications.

Valid driver's license required due to travel.

Must have a valid passport and willingness for occasional international travel.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
