
We are seeking an enthusiastic and extroverted Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients. This is an entry-level position that provides a great opportunity to build your career in sales and business development. If you’re energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoy speaking with people, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Make 80-100+ outbound cold calls daily to new prospective clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Clearly communicate the value of our software solutions to potential customers.
Use CRM tools to document and track all prospect interactions and updates.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals.
What You Bring to the Team:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
Resilience and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous sales, customer service, or cold-calling experience is a plus but not required.
