Compensation Details The salary range for this position starts at $90,000 plus bonus

Join our team as a Field Sales Consultant Are you a driven sales professional? We are looking for a Field Sales consultant who will collaborate cross-functionally in the development and execution of Local Sales Initiatives to support the overall ServiceMaster growth strategy. You have the opportunity to work with franchises to increase and improve their ability to source organic leads in the network, expanding market share with national carriers, and cultivating commercial revenue sources. You’ll also work to expand training opportunities for franchisees, assist them in preparing for presentations to target prospects, and work with them to grow their internal sales departments and capabilities.

What you’ll do

Consult, coach, train, and develop owners, sales managers, and salespeople in the network through 1:1 and group sessions

Work in tandem with Business Development Consultants to drive profitable revenue growth in the network

Align efforts with our National Carrier Account Team to maximize program opportunity locally

Collaborate with our Regional Account Managers to engage franchises with agent leaders and claims offices

Strengthen relationships with the franchise network to grow boots-on-the-ground sales efforts

Support commercial sales goals in the field to achieve the overall revenue goal

Bolster the “Engagement through Education” initiative in the field

Champion the implementation and utilization of the CRM system and other technologies

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or sales management role in a service industry

Experience within a relevant commercial vertical, restoration, or insurance industries required

Strong relationship management skills

Strategic selling capabilities and thinking

Experience coaching and training in both virtual and in person environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with a CRM tool

Work Location This is a fully remote role and can be located in AZ, CA, NV, OR, UT or WA.
