About the Role:
The role of Point of Sales Manerial and Asset Specialist in the Trade Marketing team of Ferrero Japan plays an important role in ensuring commercial strategies are executed flawlessly across all sales channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of impactful Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
Manage relationships with global vendors and local agencies for sourcing and design
Support the Country Trade Marketing team in identifying and executing key programs that drive brand value and sales
Deploy effective in-store activities to boost sales, manage promoters/merchandisers, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable activation plans
Coordinate the deployment of channel and category strategies, assist in annual planning, and track trade execution efficiency and ROI
Oversee budget, purchase orders, and warehouse stock to guarantee timely execution for both online and offline channels
Assist in developing sales team capabilities through selling stories, kits, and catalogues
Provide trade support for customer business reviews and joint projects
Deliver administrative support to facilitate team and office activities
About You:
University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
Experience in a commercial role, ideally within the consumer goods industry and/or online platforms
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience in developing and implementing merchandising tactics
Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactivity and solution-oriented approach
Analytical mindset with attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Advanced proficiency with MS Office
Fluency in Japanese and business-level of English required
