
Overview
The Sales Technology Analyst position involves assisting field sales team with data entry, data management, and driving initiatives and offering insights to positively impact operations. Some day-to-day responsibilities as well as ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the initiatives of the Forensic ServicesSales team. Essential Functions
Evaluate new tools to support analysis and reporting, including Power BI and SharePoint. Prepare, analyze and present reports, charts, and diagrams in summarized and creative ways. Assist sales team with managing and reporting of sales activities and goals. Identify anomalies or error in data and champion the process for corrections Coordinate regional and national conference booth registration. Work with Marketing department to get workshops and webinars CE approved. Essential Skills for Performing the Job
Detail-oriented with a big picture perspective Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Driven to exceed individual and team goals Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, and Microsoft List) SharePoint and Power BI experience preferred, not required. Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3 years of data mining experience 3 years of data analytics experience Other Requirements
S/he must be able to pass a background check as required for the position. Position Type/Expected Hours
This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but s/he must be available during the standard work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Physical Demands
