We are excited to announce a leadership opportunity for an exceptional, service-driven professional to join our team as Director of Customer Care & Hospitality .

In this role, the Director will:

  • Shape the vision for a world-class, hospitality-centered airport experience
  • Lead Guest Experience, Custodial Services, Ambassadors & Volunteers (750+ team members)
  • Drive culture change, elevate service standards, and strengthen partnerships across the airport community
  • Leverage data, insights, and innovation to enhance every step of the passenger journey

We’re seeking a strategic, inspiring leader with deep experience in hospitality or complex, high-volume customer-facing environments who is passionate about creating memorable, inclusive, and seamless experiences for millions of travelers.

Salary: $193,700–$247,260 + exceptional City & County of San Francisco benefits
