Job Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
- Lead, manage, and coach team members, including how to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Manage and oversee day‑to‑day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including revenue, profitability and student success
Required Qualifications
- Passion for and great working with kids – fun, patience, encouragement, empathy
- Team player
- Driven & motivated; desire to lean in and grow within the organization
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Positive attitude; we are looking for outgoing "people people" who value positivity and fun!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfort speaking with students and parents
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous team management experience preferred
- Passion for math and working with students
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities

Compensation
$55,000.00 per year
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC. Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
