BCBA – Clinical Lead / Assistant Clinical Director | Columbia, MD

Full-Time | In-Clinic | $120,000–$140,000 per year (including incentives)

We’re hiring an experienced BCBA to serve as a Clinical Lead / Assistant Clinical Director at Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE). This full-time, clinic-based leadership role supports high-quality ABA services, team mentorship, and overall clinical operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Coach and mentor clinical team members to support growth and performance
  • Monitor caseload quality, treatment integrity, and clinical productivity
  • Review behavior data and adjust programming to ensure measurable progress
  • Support onboarding, staff training, and clinic-wide improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations to maintain efficient scheduling and workflow
  • Promote caregiver engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Maryland LBA (or eligibility prior to start)
  • 3–5+ years of BCBA experience , including supervision
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA services
  • $120,000–$140,000 per year , including monthly performance incentives
