What You’ll Do as a DON
As Director of Nursing, you will be the clinical leader and culture driver for your center.
- Lead and mentor nursing teams with confidence and compassion
- Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Partner closely with the Administrator and Regional Clinical leadership
- Own clinical systems: assessments, care planning, documentation, and audits
- Support staff development, accountability, and retention
- Ensure resident-centered care is delivered with excellence and dignity
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for leaders , not just managers.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state-specific as required)
- Prior DON or strong ADON experience in Skilled Nursing
- Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and quality measures
- Strong leadership presence—calm, decisive, supportive
- A passion for coaching, systems, and continuous improvement
