What You’ll Do:
- Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver top-quality care.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase patient census and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, and community partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives for better patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare administration.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or revenue growth .
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
