dynamic Executive Director
to lead operations, drive growth, and expand our referral network.
What You’ll Do: Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver top-quality care. Develop and execute business development strategies to increase patient census and revenue. Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, and community partners. Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Drive quality improvement initiatives for better patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare administration. Proven track record in
sales, business development, or revenue growth . Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
