Location & Program: Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), New Bedford
Licensure & Education: Master degree in the behavioral health field, independent licensed & OTP experience preferred
Salary: $95,000 (Education, experience, & licensure dependent)
Status: Full Time, hours may vary from 5am - 5pm

About Us
High Point’s Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) provides methadone treatment to adults age 18 and older with opioid use disorder. The OTP is focused on individualized treatment. Treatment plans are created with the patient and primary clinician and then reviewed by the multi-disciplinary treatment team with the medical director signing off. Populations served include but are not limited to men, women, pregnant women, patients with chronic illnesses, and dually diagnosed mental health disorders.

High Point has programs located throughout Southeast Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Clinical Director Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Professionally present the organization within the community
- Seek out new initiatives and opportunities to support client/patient needs
- Participate in RFR processes
- Work collaboratively with peers within the organization and greater community
- Report to the Director of Outpatient Clinical Services
Clinical Director Qualifications
- Independently licensed and Master/Doctoral degree in a related field
- Minimum of (3) years of clinical supervisory experience
- (5) years of behavioral healthexperience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and staff
- Experience with EHR systems
