Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic manufacturing engineering team in a clean room environment and drive optimization of production activities, aligning operational efficiency and quality with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• BS Degree or MS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Must have at least 10 years management exp in the medical device/ biotech industry. Ideally someone who was a manufacturing manager or operations manager and has worked their way up to the director level.
• A top-level strategic thinker.
• Exp with clean room environments.
• Exp with plastic and silicone extrusion and molding processes.
• Background utilizing plant automation technologies and manufacturing execution systems are highly preferred.
