The Director of Accounting will be responsible for all business unit revenue streams and accounting functions. 4 days Onsite and remote on Fridays. Position is eligible for 15% annual bonus.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
- 10 years experience and 5 yrs management
- Accounting and Reporting for Real Estate Portfolio and all business units
- Complex revenue and real estate transactions, settlement processes, and facility management accounting.
- Lead external audit and manage accounting staff,
- Revenue and lease accounting expert, manage all fixed assets,
- Manage all revenue and contractual distribution,
- ASC 606 and ASC 842
- CPA required, public accounting and corporate accounting mix, commercial real estate accounting.
