  • Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 base + $80,000 commission (On Target Earnings: $165K – $175K)

About the Role

Our client, a leading IT services provider, is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This is a hunter-focused role, responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across Data Center, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in the Mid-Market and Enterprise
  • Prospect, engage, and build relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Present and position IT solutions, demonstrating how they address client needs and business challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams to create compelling proposals.
  • Maintain an active pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales , with a focus on new business development .
  • Expertise in selling Data Center, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, or Cloud
  • Proven ability to engage and sell to CxO and IT leadership .
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
