
- Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 base + $80,000 commission (On Target Earnings: $165K – $175K)

About the Role
Our client, a leading IT services provider, is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. This is a hunter-focused role, responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across Data Center, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in the Mid-Market and Enterprise
- Prospect, engage, and build relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Present and position IT solutions, demonstrating how they address client needs and business challenges.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams to create compelling proposals.
- Maintain an active pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales , with a focus on new business development .
- Expertise in selling Data Center, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, or Cloud
- Proven ability to engage and sell to CxO and IT leadership .
- Strong consultative sales skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
