Location: Lincoln, Nebraska Company: Waste Connections of Southeast Nebraska Pay Range: $18

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver that ensures a positive experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes Accepting and processing customer payments Investigating and resolving billing inquiries Updating and maintaining customer account information Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs What We're Looking For:
2+ years of high-volume customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset A team player who cares about safety, service, and community impact What You'll Get in Return:
