What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception desk, providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors. Support smooth daily operations through effective communication, concierge services, and problem resolution. Provide information on patient location, status, directions, and campus services; screen visitors for privacy compliance; answer and route incoming calls. Escort patients and visitors to clinical areas, testing locations, and key service areas; manage visitor flow and assign pagers as needed. Anticipate and resolve customer concerns by offering information, solutions, or amenities; escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure amenities are available and functional. Assist with mail or flower delivery, complete required training, and perform other duties as assigned. Provide wheelchair escorts and physical assistance to patients and visitors, including curbside and interior escorts, when assigned. Work today/Get paid today Tuition Reimbursement Career Development Referral Rewards Strong Team Culture Career Growth Opportunities What you'll need for this job: Minimum Education: Required: Associate degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education Specify Degree(s): Communication, Psychology, Hospitality Minimum Experience: Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience Compensation: Pay Range: $15.66- $21.10 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
