5:00 PM Experience Required: 2 years of prior data entry or administrative experience Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact, handling incoming phone calls and emails Process UPS and FedEx orders, including void changes Handle back-ordered work orders and accessory items Input production transactions into the JDE system Troubleshoot and investigate issues related to production data entry Maintain accurate records and filing systems for production documents Confirm and process outbound shipment orders Provide administrative support as assigned by management Employee Benefits The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
