The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for retrieving purchase orders from customer databases and systems, matching them to internal supply orders, and accurately entering data into a proprietary internal database. This role requires

strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:

Retrieve and review purchase orders from customer databases and systems

Match customer purchase orders to internal supply orders

Accurately enter data into a proprietary internal database

Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency throughout the workday

Communicate effectively with internal teams as needed

Perform additional office-related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:

High school diploma or GED required

Strong computer literacy and proficient typing skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule & Location of the Data Entry Clerk:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

On-site at client facility in Castle Hayne, NC

Compensation of the Data Entry Clerk:

$18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Work Environment of the Data Entry Clerk:

Business casual dress code
