On-Premise Sales Representative
Empire Distributors Inc, a leading beverage distributor, is now hiring an On-Premise Sales Representative. Essential duties and responsibilities include compiling lists of prospective customers for sales leads, preparing monthly planning and goals, conducting sales reviews with accounts, maintaining existing accounts and providing customer service in accordance with the company's philosophy and standards, scheduling product promotions and wine and spirit dinners, traveling through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, sustaining the minimum number of sales calls as determined by the District Manager, distributing and displaying various point of sale items, quoting prices and preparing sales orders, estimating delivery dates to customers, preparing reports of business transactions, maintaining customer management profiles, working with administrative and operations teammates to assure the best service is provided to customers, coordinating customer training, entering new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database through customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with purchasing contacts, investigating and resolving general customer problems, and attending trade shows and special events to represent the company and its brands. Education and/or experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, licenses, registrations: TN ABC Wholesaler's Employee Permit, valid driver license, automobile insurance with 100/300/50 minimum limits of liability. Computer skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Program Advisor, and Diver.
