After completing our award-winning training, you proactively pursue new enterprise government and education accounts while managing an existing portfolio./ppHow you can make a difference:/polliComplete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools./liliConsult with prospective clients and grow key relationships within named accounts to develop product solutions./liliNavigate government and education procurement processes to set up successful sales./liliDevelop proposals and facilitate presentations that present client recommendations./liliConceptualize and implement strategic sales plans to capture new sales and upsell to existing clients./liliField-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients./liliBuild a network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers to self-generate leads./liliQualify new leads and request site surveys to determine building serviceability./li/olpWhat you bring to Spectrum Business:/ppstrongRequired qualifications:/strong/pulliExperience: Three or more years of outside telecommunications-related sales; Five or more years of B2B sales experience./liliEducation: High school diploma or equivalent./liliSkills: Networking building, negotiation, cold-calling, closing and English communication skills./liliAbilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to conduct consultative analyses and provide recommendations./liliAvailability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. A qualified applicants criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances./ppThe base pay for this position generally is between $69,000.00 and $136,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
