Schedule: Monday-Friday 6 AM
4:30 PM (Saturdays, overtime, weekends and holidays may be requested to work depending on business needs) Contact: For more information, call 801-882-7880 Pay Rate: $13/h Position Summary: The Packaging Specialist is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and accurately completing production documentation in compliance with GMP and FDA standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment (bottling machines, cappers, labelers, sealers, cartoners, etc.). Inspect packaging components for defects or inconsistencies. Maintain cleanliness of machines, equipment, and packaging areas. Complete production paperwork and logs accurately in real time. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow safety protocols, GMPs, and FDA compliance standards. Prepare the packaging line for the next shift, ensuring no excess product or trash remains. Requirements: Able to operate packaging equipment and follow SOPs. Attention to detail and adherence to safety practices. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Familiarity with GMPs and FDA regulations is preferred. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
