divh2Multi-Tenant Sales Manager/h2pSupport and assist Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department./ppActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience/ppResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals/ppSupervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives; may also manage other sales resources as assigned/ppRecruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives/ppSupport of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work/ppCommunicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives/ppMonitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payment/ppHandle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc./ppAssist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers/ppPerform other duties as requested by supervisor/ppRequired Skills/Abilities and Knowledge/ppKnowledge of Community Sales practices/ppValid drivers license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance/ppBachelors degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required/ppSales experience - 1+/ppSales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5+/ppTelecommunications and cable industry experience preferred/ppPreferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge/ppKnowledge of Company products and services preferred/ppSupervisory or leadership experience - 1+/ppField and office environment/ppTravel as required/ppVision ability: close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus/ppAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner/ppAbility to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)/p/div
