Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Update existing records and maintain organized digital files
Perform routine data audits and quality checks
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies
Follow established data entry procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar data systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
