Responsibilities:
Promote hope, autonomy, and empowerment through person-centered services and individualized Action Plans
Engage members in structured, therapeutic group work that supports vocational skills and meaningful relationships
Facilitate recovery-focused workshops and provide flexible support for employment and entitlement navigation
Support connection to natural community resources and independent living skills development
Complete all required documentation and assist with member transportation as needed
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Experience working in a residential setting with adults experiencing severe mental illness
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Hourly Rate
$21 - $21 USD
