What You’ll Do
Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters
Represent clients across Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, working on complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate deals
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transactional documents
Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, zoning analysis, and coordination with lenders and other stakeholders
Collaborate closely with our established real estate team, contributing to deal strategy, problem-solving, and client service
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical, business-focused legal advice
Experience You’ll Need
At least 7 years of experience
practicing commercial real estate law
Proven experience managing a wide variety of
commercial real estate transactions
from start to finish
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented law firm environment
Admission to practice law
(or eligibility for admission)
in Maine; additional New England bar admissions are a plus
