About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to join our dynamic legal team in downtown Orlando. The ideal candidate will have at least five
years of experience supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions
and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a fully
onsite position
offering the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals on high-value real estate matters. Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including
acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing . Review and analyze
title commitments, surveys, zoning reports , and other due diligence documentation. Coordinate and manage
transaction closings , including preparation of checklists and closing documents. Draft and revise legal documents such as
purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing binders . Conduct
UCC searches and filings , and assist with
entity formation and maintenance . Communicate professionally with
clients, title companies, surveyors , and other third parties. Maintain organized transaction files and ensure compliance with
internal protocols and deadlines . Qualifications
Minimum 5
years of experience
as a paralegal in commercial real estate law. Strong understanding of
transactional processes , title and survey review, and closing procedures. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and document management systems. Excellent
organization, attention to detail , and time management skills. Strong
written and verbal communication
abilities. Ability to
multitask and work independently
in a deadline-driven environment. Paralegal certification
or degree from an accredited program preferred. Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive
