TekSystems is currently hiring for several fully remote Customer Service Loan Representatives.

Requirements

1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Outbound dialing experience (ability to handle rejection).

Experience in mortgage, banking, or financial industry preferred (not required).

Telemarketing, collections, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales experience preferred.

Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task.

Experience and Skills

Outbound call center experience or experience handling loans or mortgage.

Prior call center experience, sales background, high volume/fast paced preferred.

Mortgage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting.

Make outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns.

Handle customer service inquiries and problems.

Receive inbound customer calls, identify customer needs, and route them to the appropriate department.

Participate in various customer campaigns based on business needs.

Job Type & Location This is a contract position based in Trenton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
