TEKsystems is currently supporting a client hiring customer service representatives. This role will be supporting the call center with sales campaigns and provide primary outreach and support to their customers. Applicants with prior call center experience, banking/financial/mortgage experience, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Description

Handles customer service inquiries and problems.

Making outbound calls through dialer on specific mortgage campaigns.

Receiving inbound calls, identifying customers’ needs and routing them to the appropriate department.

Updating customer information through the database.

Qualifications

1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required.

Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection).

Able to handle a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task.

Additional Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday 1x/month as business need dictates.

Varying schedules from 8am-11pm EST; flexibility preferred.

Fully remote with equipment provided.

Long‑term contract with opportunity for conversion.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
