Outside Sales Representative to join our life insurance products sales team. The role focuses on forging client relationships, assessing client needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions. This position allows independent work, meeting potential clients in various settings, and achieving sales targets in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, enabling you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs; present and explain life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports. Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (company will assist in licensing). Competitive compensation with a strong commission and bonus structure. Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. Additional compensation types include Annual Bonus and Commission. This range is provided by the company; actual pay is based on skills and experience.
