Mass Markets Position Overview FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE SUPPORTING COMMERCIAL AND PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENTS We are looking for bilingual financial services representatives to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing for commercial and public sector support positions. You will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and professionally represent some of the most recognizable brands in the world. This is an entry-level position that offers paid on-the-job training. Schedules vary by site and program; we aim to accommodate everyone's needs. This role provides an excellent opportunity to start your career, with growth potential into roles such as Supervisor, Trainer, Talent Acquisition, and Operations Management. This role involves supporting customer service for banking clients. You will interact with numerous customers weekly across the country to resolve issues and ensure a top-tier customer experience. You should be confident, engaged, a team player, and bring a positive attitude daily. Essential Duties Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats professionally and courteously Listen, understand customer needs, and resolve issues Escalate issues to appropriate staff when necessary Aim for first call resolution through effective problem-solving Follow client processes and maintain professionalism Use knowledge bases and training to answer questions accurately Create and update customer CRM records with detailed call information Document call resolutions accurately in systems Follow confidentiality and privacy requirements Adhere to scripts, policies, and schedules, including training attendance Candidate Qualifications WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT? Must be 18+ years old High School Diploma or equivalent At least 3 years in a call center environment At least 1 year in a customer service role Ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems while speaking with customers Typing speed of 30-45 WPM Fluent in reading and speaking English Familiarity with Windows applications and ability to learn new systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and organizational skills Customer-oriented, empathetic, patient, and conscientious Reliable with good attendance and punctuality Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Good judgment in decision-making regarding account inquiries and call handling Strong interpersonal skills to build team and customer relationships Preferred Associates Degree or higher Experience in banking or financial services Data-entry and professional communication skills Bilingual Spanish (highly beneficial) Compensation Details WANT AN EMPLOYER THAT VALUES YOUR CONTRIBUTION?
