
We are seeking a Developer to provide support for the Syteline ERP system. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute development tasks. This role includes Level 2 support for access issues, functionality requests, troubleshooting, user education, and integrations, ensuring the Syteline system aligns with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions for business problems.
Provide Level 2 (L2) support for access issues, functionality requests, troubleshooting, and user education.
Assist with integrations and ensure smooth functionality of the Syteline system.
Use a ticketing system (Fresh Desk preferred, but not required) to track and manage support issues.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure business continuity.
Support user training efforts to enhance system adoption and user efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both business users and IT teams.
Experience using a ticketing system (Fresh Desk experience is a plus, but not required).
Ability to gather business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
Proficiency in providing Level 2 support for access issues, troubleshooting, and user education.
Understanding of Syteline functionality and its role in business operations.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Syteline ERP system development and customization.
Familiarity with Syteline integrations and data flows.
Certifications (if any):
Relevant certifications in Syteline or ERP systems would be beneficial but are not required.
