High School diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of collections or relevant experience Thorough knowledge of collections transactions and processes Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments Strong problem-solving skills to address billing concerns and misapplied payments How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service role within a financial or collections environment Familiarity with billing software and collection systems Strong analytical skills to assess account statuses and trends Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
