What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate quality leads and close sales
Collaborate with the Account Executive team to facilitate targeted lead lists and track lead feedback
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer records accurately
Manage sales leads and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting of opportunity stages
Participate in team-focused calling initiatives and attend sales meetings for ongoing training and development
What is Required (Qualifications)
0 - 2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role involving customer needs identification
Outstanding interpersonal communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to multitask
Quick learner with proficiency in various computer applications, including Salesforce CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Relationship-building experience and proven success in a sales environment
Ability to maintain high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
