Responsibilities
Evangelize Advanced Digital Engagement solutions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Develop formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and solution-based presentations for customers and prospects
Maintain expert understanding of Advanced Digital Engagement applications and products
Provide direct support for technical fulfillment of RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience with digital engagement tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively on a remote basis and coordinate across various functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with additional continuing educational achievements
Ability to spend up to 25-50% of time out of the office (days in the field)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with RingCentral products or key competitor offerings
Experience using a storytelling presentation approach (real-world scenarios, value selling)
Strong curiosity, self-initiative, and commitment to continuous learning
Ability to teach and mentor other team members
Technical knowledge proficiency and conceptual understanding of the product category
