In this role, you will support our sales professionals by reaching out to prospective clients via phone and email, helping them stay on track with their monthly meeting goals. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, determine their interest in our products and services, and schedule appointments with our Sales Representatives./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3pMake outbound calls to prospective clients using provided call lists./ppAnswer inbound calls and respond promptly to prospective client inquiries./ppKeep accurate and detailed call logs, including attempts and outcomes./ppFollow up with prospects who could not be reached initially./ppProvide prospective clients with essential information about our products and services./ppSchedule one-on-one or group consultations between clients and Sales Representatives./ppAddress basic questions and concerns to build interest and trust./ph3Requirements
Skills:/h3pStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills./ppExcellent listening skills with high attention to detail./ppProfessional phone etiquette and a courteous, confident demeanor./ppPersuasive, results-driven, and able to handle rejection professionally./ppAbility to learn and retain knowledge of products and services quickly./ppReliable telephone line with nationwide calling and a stable Wi-Fi connection./ph3Education
Experience:/h3pHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)./ppPrior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support (preferred)./ppProficiency in relevant computer applications./ppStrong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices./p/div
