We are hiring enthusiastic full‑time Call Center Representatives to resolve delinquent accounts using outstanding communication and customer service skills. The typical work schedule in our Collection Center is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Pay:
$16.00/hour . Benefits include medical, vision, dental; paid life, short and long‑term disability; PTO, paid holidays; HSA; annual bonus; 401(k) matching; and room for growth.

A Day in the Life As a Call Center Representative, you are the first point of contact for our company and provide superb customer service. You spend most of your day on the phone handling incoming and outgoing calls, researching accounts to determine contact information, and documenting all actions taken on accounts in computer‑based systems.
With great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and hard work, you help us accomplish company goals and meet weekly and monthly production objectives in a fast‑paced team environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Customer service experience preferred
Experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus
Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good phone etiquette
Attentive to detail, organized, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively
