Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, implementation, tracking, and reporting of investment strategies, including new money portfolio construction, ALM, and hedging solutions.

Assist with allocations across asset sectors per ALM objectives, regulatory compliance, and other constraints.

Prepare client‑ready materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of investment solutions with client objectives related to return, risk, capital, and accounting.

Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Conduct research and analysis on investment activities, insurance regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and market insights to better inform strategic and tactical decisions.

Support product development initiatives and contribute to portfolio optimization projects.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Required

2–3 years of relevant experience.

Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in investment management and insurance markets.

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with management‑level professionals.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong work ethic and integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Copilot.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable business‑related field required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge of asset‑liability management concepts, portfolio construction, and insurance regulatory frameworks.

Familiarity with investment products across fixed income, equities, and alternatives.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

VBA, Python, SQL expertise is a plus.

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

Compensation

Expected salary range: $120,000 – $136,000. Eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
