We are currently seeking a highly skilled and highly motivated individual to join our shipping team.

Compensation : $55k -$65k

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Process customer orders and facilitate through our third-party logistics company

Act as team lead to mentor junior Shipping Coordinators; resolve issues

Timely and accurate shipment of customer orders

Maintain compliance with routing and all rules of shipping to retailers including:

Department stores

Discounters

Independents/Specialty

Boutiques

Drop ship/Direct Consumer

Qualifications:

1-3 Years of Customer Service experince

Knowledge of EDI a plus

Knowledge of complex ERP system a plus

Experience managing client accounts

Understanding of compliance of routing and shipping rules is a plus

Computer skills with proficiency in Excel

Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Attention to detail and follow-up skills
