Join Huxley at a proprietary trading firm with offices in Chicago, NYC, and Miami to lead a core development team (potential CTO).
Base pay: $10.00/yr – $15.00/yr (actual pay based on skills). Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10–20 engineers developing low‑latency C++ trading systems.
- Architect and oversee the design of high‑frequency trading strategies across equities, options, and futures.
- Coordinate with product, risk, and infrastructure teams to meet performance and reliability targets.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in C++ low‑latency trading development.
- Strong background in algorithmic and high‑frequency trading strategies.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
