A proprietary trading firm with offices in Chicago, NYC, and Miami is actively looking to hire a tech / team lead for its core development team (potential CTO). The firm specializes in algorithmic and high‑frequency trading strategies across equities, options, and futures. The right candidate will come from a C++ low‑latency trading background to lead a team of10 people, maybe 20 people.
